Reduced Fee is applicable for presenters/speakers, only after confirmation of acceptance of proposal for presentations, panels, workshops, posters, trainings and other formats.
Regular
Individuals, consultants and companies/organizations belonging to the private sector.
Public Authorities
United Nations, national, sub-national and local governments and their associations, public universities and non-for-profit organizations.
ICLEI Member
Full Members of ICLEI (representatives from cities, towns and regions). This fee does not apply to companies or public authorities working within a local government that is a member of ICLEI.
Full-Time Students / Young Municipal Leaders (elected officials under 35)
Will be requested to provide a scan of proofs confirming their affiliation with a university or city hall.

Admission to the full 3 days of the event
Participation in all sessions including sub-forums and co-events
