Rob Melnick
Biography
Rob Melnick is Executive Director of the Julie Ann Wrigley Global Institute of Sustainability at Arizona State University (ASU) and President’s Professor of Practice in ASU’s School of Sustainability. Rob’s teaching, research and practice focuses on sustainability, urbanization and public policy and he is the author of numerous public policy studies. Prior to his current appointment, Rob was Associate Vice President for Economic Affairs, Associate Vice Provost for Research and Director of the Morrison Institute for Public Policy, respectively, at ASU. He has also been Vice President for Economic and Education Studies at the Hudson Institute in New York and Washington, D.C. Rob received his BA degree from Dartmouth College and his MA and Ph.D. from ASU.
